The most successful teams are built upon common purpose, consistently excellent delivery, strong communication skills and mutual respect. High performing teams often have strong interpersonal bonds and surprisingly, enjoy lots of good times together.

Managers are aware that their team members are happier and more productive working with people they know and respect. Especially in trying times there is no more effective way to build rapport than to dedicate some time to team fun.

Who is Behind Team Bonding?

Team Bonding is brought to you by Cate Richards and her enthusiastic team of assistants, Jane Wallen, Melanie Reed, Kelly Love, Janell Cowell, Rick Thomas, Jo Prior, Wendy Walker, Jo Sowerby and Michelle Roux.

Cate Richards is the director of Team Bonding and Games for Teams. In 2005 Cate left her corporate career to found a social club which staged a huge range of entertainment and personal development events and paved the way for Team Bonding.

Cate's 20 year career encompassed marketing, research and advertising. Seeking new challenges she started her own business, launching Team Bonding after intuiting a market gap for a team building company that put together events accessible for all teams and all budgets

The Team Bonding staffers have a variety of backgrounds, but their key role is to make the activity fun for our clients. They all have to be very organised too, the devil is in the detail when it comes to effective event management!

Team Bonding Facilitators and Suppliers:

Team Bonding works exclusively with highly qualified suppliers. Partnership is by invitation only, and to become a partner they must have great credentials (of course) but also that "X factor" that will take the client’s event from good to great.
