Cate Richards is the director of Team Bonding and Amazing Race (Sydney and Melbourne). In 2005 Cate left her corporate career to found a social club which staged a huge range of entertainment and personal development events and paved the way for Team Bonding.
Cate's 20 year career encompassed marketing, research and advertising. Seeking new challenges she started her own business, launching Team Bonding after intuiting a market gap for a team building company that put together events accessible for all teams and all budgets
The Team Bonding facilitators have a variety of backgrounds, but their key role is
to make the activity fun for our clients. They all have to be very organised too,
