Team Bonding is brought to you by Cate Richards, Jane Wallen and Melanie Reed, plus our talented team of assistants.

Cate is the director of Team Bonding, Sydney Venue and Creative Mind. In 2005 Cate left her corporate career to found a social club which staged a huge range of entertainment and personal development events and paved the way for Team Bonding. |
Cate's 20 year career encompassed marketing, research and advertising. Seeking new challenges, she started her own business in 2005, expanding that business throughout 2006 and ultimately launching Team Bonding, her third business, after intuiting a market gap for a team building company that put together fun occasions for all teams, not just huge, costly events for the senior staff.
Jane Wallen is our wonderful event manager who assists Cate with enquiries and customer service and is the driving force behind many of our events. Jane is a genuine "people person" and loves the challenge of creating an event that will be perfect for the needs of your team. You are very likely to meet Jane on the day of your event as she often helps out on the Team Bonding activities. |

Renowned for her wonderful smile, attention to detail and friendliness, the unflappable Melanie is the General Manager of Sydney Venue and consistently excels at providing the highest levels of personal service to all our clients. Melanie prepares our accounts, helps out at Team Bonding events and is vital behind the scenes. |

Team Bonding works with a large number of highly qualified facilitators and suppliers. Partnership is by invitation only, and to become a partner they must have great credentials (of course) but also that "X factor" that will take your day from good to great.
