Artworks! Team Building Painting Activity This highly engaging indoor event is perfect for a conference break and embed a theme or message Creating art together in our Artworks! event is a enjoyable bonding experience that all groups find rewarding. This activity is excellent for embedding a key message with your team and creates a lasting memento in the form of a “masterwork” painting. This workshop is around 2.5 hours of hands on creativity. Participants will quickly find themselves "creating" in various mediums including collages and paint. We start with a fun and spontaneous warm up activity designed to overcome niggly doubts about having to draw and get off to a high energy start. We follow this with an enjoyable personal exercise that allows individuals to tap into their inner artist (who is deeply buried for many of us). Following this, teams of 6 - The team can also work on a single large canvas, though we have found that some teams find this a little intimidating and can get in each other’s way. Our model seems a more true reflection of the nature of effective teamwork. This process symbolises the essence of effective, harmonious teamwork. If required, we can make an overt link about the balancing team consensus and planning with individual effort to deliver a task effectively. * The best themes are messages you are seeking to embed. Previous themes have included; teamwork, unity, 2020, global perspective, winning team, adapting to change, embracing diversity and attracting talented employees. This event is run by Cate Richards of Team Bonding, who, with extensive experience in both facilitation and applied creativity, will help your team surprise themselves. Using a huge range of professional materials, this fun and inspiring activity will create a lasting legacy of team effort. Excludes venue. Cost: 11 - 21 - 41 - We can come to you at any venue for the prices quoted above provided it is in the Sydney Metro area. We can travel outside the Sydney Metropolitan area for an extra cost of $75 per hour per staff member. We recommend that the organiser also considers how they will get the paintings back to the office. |
