A Blank Canvas (Team Art)

Many people do not perceive themselves as having artistic ability. Team Bonding will seek to challenge that self perception in this fun and inspiring event, that will create a lasting momento celebrating both individuals and teams.

Why Choose This Event?

This workshop is 2 - 2.5 hours of hands on creativity.  Participants will quickly find themselves "creating" in various mediums including collages and paint.  

We start with a fun and spontaneous warm up activity designed to overcome concerns and get off to a high energy start. We follow this with an enjoyable personal exercise that allows individuals to tap into their artistic vision.

 

Following this, teams of 6 - 9 work together on the "master work" project. Using a relevant theme* as the topic of the painting the team will work together to plan an artwork, with each participant completing an individual square to form a team created artwork (see pictures below).

This process symbolises the essence of effective, harmonious teamwork and if require, we make an overt link about the balance of team consensus and planning versus individual effort required to deliver a task effectively.

Who Runs This Event?

This event is run by Cate Richards of Team Bonding, who, with extensive experience in both facilitation and learned creativity, will help your team surprise themselves. Using a huge range of professional materials, this fun and inspiring activity will create a lasting legacy of team effort.

1 - 10 pax $750 + material cost @ $40 per head + GST
11 - 20 pax $900 + material cost @ $35 per head + GST
21 - 40 pax $1,050 + material cost @ $30 per head + GST
41 - 60 pax $1,200 + material cost @ $25 per head + GST

Prices are quoted ex-GST and do not include venue hire. Subject to availability this can be held at our own venue, Sydney Venue, for up to 35 pax. There is 10% off standard rates for Team Bonding events, please see preferred venue & rates.

We can come to you at another venue for the prices quoted above provided it is in the Sydney Metro area. Please note, there are a number of specific venue requirements due to the creative nature of the exercise and a significant amount of space is required. We can travel outside the Sydney Metropolitan area for an extra cost of $75 per hour per staff member.
