Duration: The team needs around 1.5 - 2 hours to prepare the food and at least 2 hours to enjoy it. Please consider that if you plan a lunch function the start time will be around 10.30 - 11.00am, and for a dinner function around 5.30pm - 6.00pm.
Group size: This event is suitable for groups of 6 - 35 at our venue, Sydney Venue. Larger groups must be accommodated at an alternative venue.

We are BYO so you can bring your own or have it delivered to us and refrigerated. Our preferred supplier is Hugh Bonnefin of Wine Brothers on
9418 3499. They will deliver, set up the drinks in ice and allow you to return un drunk alcohol.
Venue: We do prefer to use the facilities at Sydney Venue. For larger groups we can suggest a lmited range of alternative venues - note venues that cater their own foods are not suitable. For Sydney Venue prices see preferred venue & rates
