At Team Bonding, creativity is regarded as an innate ability to be nurtured and developed. What better way for team members to bond than by sharing the humour and inspiration of creativity in this light hearted, non-competitive event.

Why Choose This Event?

This activity suits an enthusiastic team seeking some fun and surprises. This event will be fast paced and should provide plenty of laughter. This is a very new format for a team building event, so teams that have "done it all before" are likely to enjoy this approach

How will it Work?

We will rotate small groups through a range of creative games that incorporate the principles of inventiveness; story telling, innovation and problem solving.

Some examples are; developing a story plot / skit using three random words, generating 50 uses for common items, creating slogans to sell / spin unpopular ideas, designing a new game for children from scavenged items and a range of games sourced from improvised comedy warm ups. (Pictured at right)

The games are so much fun they disguise the fact that team members are in fact developing their creative skill set and will learn some creative methods that can be used everyday. If required we can spend the last 15 minutes or so outlining some of the creative techniques the games rely on.

Who Runs This Event?

This workshop is facilitated by Cate Richards, the director of Team Bonding, Creative Mind and Sydney Venue. Prior to launching her businesses, Cate’s career encompassed marketing, advertising, facilitation and consumer research.

Always fascinated by "natural" creative ability, Cate challenged herself to identify the skills and techniques of creative people, which she successfully uses to help clients with idea generation in her capacity. With some adaptation, these same techniques have been put into a game conext to create a truly unique and fun event that any enthusiastic team will enjoy.

Duration: 2 - 3 hours.

Includes: Equipment and facilitation of games, excludes team prizes (can be purchased if required) and venue.

Venue: Sydney Venue is ideal to host groups up to 30 for Creativity Games. Sydney Venue offers Team Bonding clients 10% off our usual rates, for prices see preferred venue & rates. Also recommended is one of our fabulous buffet lunches, see our catering options. We are BYO so you could also organise end of game drinks with our canapes package if required.

Fo larger groups we can suggest venues, and we are more than willing to travel to your venue, however please discuss your venue choice with Team Bonding as there are specific requirements for this activity.

Group size: Not suitable for very small groups. Price on application for groups over 60, due to the additional staff and material requirements
