Your session is facilitated by Jenny Lincoln, Director of Get Set for Success. Jenny works with business owners & teams to build high performance in a fun & engaging manner. She is a dynamic and inspirational trainer, facilitator, coach and strategist with over 23 years of international experience.

The diversity of her toolkit and experience has given her tremendous insight into what does and doesn’t work for individuals and organisations. With this knowledge and know how she helps teams and organisations to harness their talents & build powerful formulas for success.

Effective teams know how to leverage their similarities and differences. They learn how to engage the principles of support and challenge and how to harness each team member's unique strengths to work at an optimum level.

This exciting, insightful & action packed session will:

>> Identify individual and team motivations … where these differ, linking exercises will be used to inter connect so that they benefit the individual & the team

>> Realign the focus of the team to ensure everyone is on the same page

>> Explore the range of instinctive talent within the team and how they can harness this diversity in their day to day working life

>> Investigate areas of potential conflict or ‘difficult interactions’ and learn how to manage through

>> Identify how you can support each other to take more effective action individually and as a team

Venue and Logistics:

The price above excludes venue and facilitator disbursements. We can come to a venue of your choice, and travel time outside Sydney Metropolitan area is charged at $75 per hour per staff member and at the discretion of individual facilitators.
