1. Where does Team Bonding operate?

Team Bonding is based in the Sydney metropolitan area. A number of activities can be held outside Sydney if travel time does not exceed 3 hours each way. Travel time outside the Sydney metropolitan area is charged at $50 per hour per staff member.

Please note, we are not affiliated with team activity operators in other states or countries and are therefore not in a position to recommend others.

Most Team Bonding activities suit groups from 12 – 40 people. If your group is smaller or larger the following activities are particularly recommended.

3. What are the cheapest activities?

At Team Bonding we pride ourselves on value for money, that is why we clearly show all our prices on our website and there are no extra hidden costs. If you have a low budget we particularly recommend the following activities:

For medium size groups (20 - 40) the Amazing Race is very good value, as our Indoor and Outdoor Games.

If you have a “petty cash” style of budget, why not consider our Do-It-Yourself team games for sale for only $30 including postage and handling on our “Games for Teams” website. We have made it simple for anyone to run a really fun games afternoon for nearly any team. See www.gamesforteams.com.au

For our Artworks! (art workshop) or Cook Up a Storm, we will consider matching any competitors price, so if you get a better quote on either of these activities, please give us the opportunity to match it.

4. What about venues?

For most activities we can come to your office or a venue of your choice provided it is in the Sydney metropolitan area. If you are wanting to go offsite we particularly recommend clubs as they generally have spacious areas, are professional and pleasant to work with and well priced. Cook Up a Storm is difficult for venues, so we have made preferred venue deals on these activities.

Should these not suit you we offer a venue finding service for an additional $100 per booking.

5. What happens if we book an outdoor activity and the weather is bad?

Our outdoor activities are certainly favourites with our clients, but weather is always a risk. If the forecast is unfavourable the day prior to your outdoor event, we will consult and decide to go ahead or postpone to an alternative date without penalty. If we cancel on the day of the event we will re run the event on a date agreeable to both parties, though we need to invoice the client the direct costs for the day which includes staff costs, equipment hire and catering.

If you have booked Outdoor Games or Mini Olympics and it is critical that you go ahead on the specified date, you may also like to hire a large community / sporting hall facility on the day as we can switch our Indoor Games to a large space at relatively short notice (5 hours before start)

6. Can you customise events?

We most certainly can alter or change our events to suit your needs, or even create a new event to meet your specifications. Please just call on 9400 2046 to discuss your ideas.

7. How do I book and pay?

You book via a confirmation email with your chosen event, date, numbers, venue and timing included, plus your company details for invoicing purposes.

Upon receiving this confirmation of your event we will invoice a 30% holding deposit due immediately. 3-4 weeks out from the event you will be invoiced the balance which is due on the day prior to the event. (If the event is less than a fortnight away, we generally just send one invoice). We accept direct debit payments or credit cards, including American Express, though for the latter we pass on a 4% service fee to cover our costs.

8. How do you choose Team Bonding partners?

Team Bonding event manages team building activities for teams. Some of these we facilitate ourselves and some we use external partners.

Team Bonding’s vendor partners do not pay to list on our site, they are chosen for their professionalism and like minded fun approach to team building activities.

9. Can I become a Team Bonding partner?

If you are interested in listing, please understand that it is our policy to work with suppliers exclusively, so we cannot add new partners that compete directly with our existing offers.

10. What are your cancellation terms?

Bookings cancelled 8 or more weeks out from event; 50% of the deposit will be refunded
Bookings cancelled 4 - 8 weeks prior to the event 25% of the deposit will be refunded
Bookings cancelled 1 - 4 weeks prior to the event the deposit is not refunded
Bookings cancelled with less than 1 week prior to the event we will retain the deposit and invoice any additional direct costs that have been incurred (eg for materials, preparation, bookings, equipment hire etc)
