1. Where does Team Bonding operate?
Team Bonding is based in the Sydney metropolitan area. A number of activities can be held outside Sydney if travel time does not exceed 3 hours each way. Travel time outside the Sydney metropolitan area is charged at $75 per hour per staff member.
Please note, we are not affiliated with team actvity operators in other states or countries and are therefore not in a position to recommend others.
2. Do we have to use your venue?
In short, no.
Team Bonding is in a unique position of having our own wonderful space for activities for teams up to 35 people. We offer all Team Bonding bookings a 20% discount to use Sydney Venue. However, Sydney Venue is very popular and is consequently not always available, particularly for daytime activities. See preferred venue and rates
For most activities we can come to your office or a venue of your choice provided it is in the Sydney metropolitan area. However, some activities have a number of venue requirements which should be discussed with Team Bonding. This particularly applies to cooking, art or games.
The one exception is Cocktail Making which is always held at our own venue due to the large amount of fragile equipment and licensing requirements.
3. What social activities best suit a small group (or a large group)?
Most Team Bonding activities suit groups from 12 – 30 people. If your group is smaller or larger the following activities are particularly recommended.

4. What happens if we book an outdoor activity and the weather is bad?
We offer a lot of outdoor activities and they are certainly favourites with our clients, but weather is always a risk.
Should the weather be unfavourable on the day or the forecast very unfavourable the day prior to your outdoor event, we will consult and determine if we go ahead or not. Should we postpone, an alternative date will be offered. If no suitable alternative date can be agreed, Team Bonding will retain the 20% deposit the invoice as a service fee and refund the balance of the event (if already paid).
If you have booked Outdoor Fun & Games or Mini Olympics and it is critical that you go ahead on the specified date, you may also like to hire a large community / sporting hall facility on the day as we can move the games indoors to a large space at relatively short notice (5 hours before start)
5. Can you customise events?
We most certainly can alter or change our events to suit your needs, or even create a new event to meet your specifications. Please just call on 9492 8300 to discuss your ideas.
6. How do I book and pay?
You book via a confirmation email with your chosen event, date, numbers, venue and timing included, plus your company details for invoicing purposes. We will discuss venue requirements with you if you are not using Sydney Venue.
Upon receiving this confirmation of your event we will invoice a 20% holding deposit due immediately. You will later be invoiced the balance which is due on the day prior to the event. We accept direct debit payments or credit cards, including American Express, though for the latter we pass on a 3% service fee to cover our costs.
7. How do you choose Team Bonding partners?
Team Bonding event manages team building activities for teams. Some of these we facilitate ourselves and some we use external partners.
Team Bonding’s vendor partners do not pay to list on our site, they are chosen for their professionalism and like minded fun approach to team building activities.
8. Can I become a Team Bonding partner?
If you are interested in listing, please understand that it is our policy to work with suppliers exclusively, so we cannot add new partners that compete directly with our existing offers.
