What is Bonding & Brushes?

Bonding & Brushes is a relaxed, social and creative team building experience designed to get people connecting, creating and having a bit of fun along the way.

Part Paint & Sip, part team building, this experience combines individual creativity with collaborative challenges. Everyone creates their own artwork while also contributing to a larger shared piece making the final result a fun representation of the team.

And don’t worry if your drawing skills peaked in primary school!

No artistic experience is required. Our focus is on participation, creativity and connection

How it works

We kick things off with some fun and easy art-inspired team building games designed to break the ice, get everyone comfortable and get those creative juices flowing.

From quick drawing challenges and creative games to themed activities, these warm-ups help teams loosen up, have a laugh and get into the creative mindset before picking up their paintbrushes.

Then it’s time to create!

Our facilitator guides the group through a themed artwork, with the theme able to be customised to suit your organisation, event, company values or chosen message.

Everyone creates their own interpretation while also contributing to the bigger collaborative artwork.

Creative Team Games Start with fun, low-pressure art challenges designed to get everyone laughing, interacting and feeling comfortable.

Guided Paint & Sip Experience Our facilitator guides the group through a themed artwork, with plenty of room for individual creativity.

Your Own Masterpiece Each participant creates their own canvas to take home at the end of the event.

The Big Picture Teams can also work together on a larger collaborative artwork that can be displayed in the workplace as a reminder of the experience.

Custom Themes Choose a theme that reflects your organisation, event, values or team. We can work with you to create something that feels personal to your group.
